About our Program
Winifred Simon, a longtime Hill Country Photography Club member and current club treasurer, will share images and stories from her recent trip to Bhutan. As some of you know, Winifred was in the Top Six finalists in last year's National Geographic Photo Contest. One of the prizes the top winner could chose, was a National Geographic trip to Bhutan. Winifred had always wanted to go to Bhutan, and when she didn't win the trip, that didn't stop her from going there anyway! She and her son Joel shared a trip of a lifetime.
